At Bare Intentions, we are committed to providing a refined, thoughtful experience from start to finish. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unopened
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original packaging and condition


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Intimate devices and accessories once unsealed
  • Personal care items (including lubricants and oils)
  • Items marked as Final Sale


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request a photo for verification. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us and we will assist promptly
